I recently had a great stay with my partner, enjoying the spacious junior suite and the tasty breakfast each morning was a delightful surprise! The food exceeded my expectations, especially the fresh spread at breakfast. Just one note, while the photos showed a perfectly arranged space, the bathroom felt less updated than I imagined. Still, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

However, I faced a serious issue with the cleanliness during my stay. My room wasn't cleaned properly, leading to wet towels and trash remaining in the room. When I contacted reception, they mentioned I needed to request cleaning, which wasn’t communicated at check-in. This lack of information was frustrating. The night noise from hallways was also distracting, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. A few lightbulbs in the room were burned out, adding to the dim ambiance, and the service at times felt a bit indifferent.

This place is an excellent fit for a quick stopover in Charlotte with exceptional value. We arrived early and got a huge room right away, way bigger than what we expected. If you want space and convenience, this is the spot.
